Acceptance

By downloading or using QR Handler ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

QR Handler lets you scan, create, save and share QR codes and barcodes. You may use it for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for the content of codes you create and for what you do with content you scan.

Scanned content

QR codes can be created by anyone and may point to harmful or misleading content. The app shows you a code's contents before acting on it and blocks link types that could act on your device, but you remain responsible for deciding what to open, save or connect to. We are not responsible for third-party content reached through scanned codes.

Your data

Your history and created codes are stored only on your device and are yours. Exports you share are your responsibility once they leave the app. See the Privacy Policy for what the app does and does not collect.

Advertising

The app is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads are subject to Google's own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, icon and branding, is owned by Chinese Powered. QR codes you create from your own content are yours.

Disclaimer of warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT SCANNING OR CREATED CODES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT EVERY CODE WILL BE READ BY EVERY SCANNER.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
